    He's part of a defence that is currently squeaky tight, why do somefolk want to single out a player to knock
    I can tell when he's playing people are quick to get on his back.
    Today when carrying the ball he had a couple of options and finished up wasting possession.
    The crowd moaned, however he didnt let his head drop, he chased the ball to rectify his mistake.
    Im of the opinion he's a confidence player and the crowd can help him.
    He isn't a Meredith, but he's still an honest lad.

    Difficult to type when you are watching the game, but yes I saw that. For me he had a good game. The fact is that this defence is now keeping regular clean sheets, is in part due to Chicksen’s contribution. Wood played well as a left sided (not a winger) midfielder, perhaps this could be his role?

    Agree it was a disappointing final ball, but the moaners will probably conveniently forget that he won the ball on the edge of our area then carried it through midfield into the middle of their half. I thought he was decent today, and like Rod alluded, I think Chicksen with Wood in front of him might be an option

    He was decent today. Not a liability, which is an improvement. Has little idea what to do in possession but Hopkin is getting as much out of him as anyone could.

    I moaned out of frustration, but I would have moaned if any other player had wasted possession from that position. I thought he had a very good match today, as did the rest of our defence.
