    So how do we recognise its relevant strengths? Let's be honest first half we were not good and yet that team will play a part in the season...

    Good game , walked the second Angol and Vernham lively as was Cooke . Chesterfield nothing to offer in second half . Good work out Fordy the result is meaningless.;)

    Controlled the game once we had our proper team out. Hit bar, should have had pen. Great save from their GK late to stop header from a free kick.

    Game of two halves.
    Really should have finished 2-1 to us. Their second goal was at least two yards offside and the penalty would be nailed on in a league game.
    Angol and Vernam looked pretty lively. We kept the ball far better second half.
    Second half team looked like men. First half team looked liked boys, which most of them were.

    So Eisa, Cook, Evans, Staunton, ROD won't play a significant part in the season? They'll start plenty of games when others are injured, suspended or out of form or possibly be first team players from the start.

    Blindly ignoring the first half ain't something I'd expect DA to do.

    And I'm certainly not panicking. No need for that.
