Tory Party ripping itself apart at the seams. Jolly good.
Johnson humiliated in Parliament this afternoon when his majority disappeared as a Tory MP crossed the house in the middle of his pathetic blustering speech. Tory benches virtually empty before Bercow put him out of his embarrassing misery.
First Prime Minister to lose a maiden vote in the house since the 19th century.
Two ex-Chancellors, several recent cabinet ministers and the Father of House all stripped of the Tory Whip. You couldn't make it up.
Johnson looking seriously panicked. Starting to realise that being a serial bullsh!tter doesn't work when the buck stops with you.

Wheres your evidence that germany dominate us?

The fact is we get the most inward investment into the EU, just under 50% of all of the EUs inward investment infact. Germany gets 12% and is the second or third highest. We outperform all the other nations. If you are investing in the EU as a business or otherwise then they choose the UK. Why? because until recently we had a strong and stable economy, english speaking, not in the eurozone. Its all on Google, just look.

Germanys strength comes from its industrial planning, manufacturing and engineering. We lost that when Thatcher shut down the north. The point is that they have their strengths and we have ours, together they worked well and had other superpowers i.e. russia and the usa panicking.

Do you see any german military bases in the UK? no. How many military bases do we have in germany? 2 or 3 iirc. If any nation dominates another in this scenario its us and them. Remainers know this, thats why we think you are trashing the country for the sake of a fake patriotism. Remainers arent traitors and neither are leavers we all want best for our country. I think yours is misplaced and shut put your pride for the country elsewhere as its current form is very damaging.

The "no deal" should go through in the next few day's Labour have no excuse not to accept the offer of a General Election.
This time it will be a simple vote, (although most thought the referendum vote was simple) Labour, Greens,Lib/Dems, Change and the rest to remain or Brexit and Tories to leave.
It will be interesting when "no deal" is taken off the table and they are asking for an extention till January 31st if Boris stands firm and refuses to extend which he has said he won't what happends then.
I hope he extends it until the end of February by then we could have a leave Brexit/Tory coalition Government in with time to get out by the February date.

Labour would be stupid to vote for a General Election until after the Anti-No Deal bill is both passed and implemented.
No one trusts Johnson to honour a GE date of 16th October. If Labour votes for a GE to occur before the extension has been implemented, the liar Johnson could just switch the date to early November so we would crash out during the campaign period whilst parliament isn't sitting.
Labour will want to ensure that the extension has been both sought and ratified before agreeing to an extension.

Well I think I have seen everything now. After asking for a GE just about every day, now the Labour Party doesn’t want one, umm I wonder why? No sorry that is wrong they wish to carry on highjacking the executive until their bill is through and law. What difference does it make? If we then have GE, and the Tories win then what is to stop them putting another bill before Parliament to counteract this bill? Absolutely nothing would be my view. So all this does it kicks the can down the road yet again, so somehow they force Johnson to Brussels, no extension can be voted on until after the election, if no election has been called, it will mean we end up with yet another extension, causing untold misery anxiety and money to the business community, not to mention the economy. The uncertainty is what is killing them atm.

I did know our democracy was flawed, but I always thought you have to adopt some type of democracy. It would now appear a horse and cart has driven right through ours and wrecked it. It is completely smashed, the referee of Parliament decided that he would become a player manager in the middle of the game whilst at the same time posing as a referee. You couldn’t make it up.

Just to add the icing on the cake, the May WA is now to be hauled before Parliament yet again for the fourth time for those MP’s who wished they voted for it previously.

As I right this tonight, we do not have a government who has any control whatsoever, the opposition parties have taken over the agenda, and are now refusing to allow the great British public their say on the shambles. They say we will not dance to Johnson’s tune, and are now they are saying we will not dance to the public tune either.

Well when they come round from their power drug abuse fest, they will find an extremely angry public waiting pencils in hand to wreak vengeance on those who have abused power.

I have voted Labour all my life, I have campaigned for them and I have been a member in the past, but always supported them. I voted Remain, because I knew it would rip this country apart, and I didn’t want that for our ppl. However, I hadn’t realised I was such a Democrat until these last few years, ever since the referendum 2016, there has been a systematic dismantling of the ppl wishes, they have had their voted redefined over and over again. Now the ultimate insult and lack of respect.

I will never vote Labour again, at this moment I have no idea who I will vote for. I could never vote for any party that has been involved in this shoddy work, neither the Liberal Opportunist Party or Greens. I know there are plenty like me completely bereft of anywhere to place my votes. If they offer up another referendum I will vote to leave without a deal.

It will never happen, it was never supposed to happen and will not be allowed to happen. I don't necessarily believe that it would be a good or a bad decision, the problem comes with reversing the outcome of a ballot vote to suit the minority vote, not something i've ever seen done before.

I think that is the only way this wrecking bill will not become law. We are now relying on the Lords to respect the vote in 2016. There is also something called Ultra Vires, it is Latin and its meaning is “beyond the powers” there has been a number of highly unusual acts that have been allowed to make progress through Parliament, somebody was saying the government can ignore such laws if it is deemed that the Speaker allowed the Emergency debate for instance. I would say what is the emergency? This has been the situation since the last extension. They all went off on their jolly holidays in July, to France, Tuscany and Turkey without a second thought of the emergency. Don’t know a lot about it. It may well have been used before.
