Those kids won’t hang around in league 2 even if we give them a lifelong contract. It’s up to us to rise up the leagues to enable us to have any chance of keeping them here.

Good game today. Pretty equal over the piece I thought though we could have knicked it at the end. I thought both defences were on top for most of the game with few real chances for either side. Nevertheless, quite enthralling. Well though Smallwood and Gilliead played in a spoiling way we still lack that creativity in midfield to bring the best out of those up front. We really need Pattison there.
On another note, I was quite indifferent to Wrexham before today, but for some reason I now really don't like them.

I thought Stubbs on Mullin down our left in the first half was a penalty. Assistant was that side also.

i think Mullin is a victim of his own reputation for being a diver as he could easily have had two deserved pens today

 

Just watched the extended highlights and am as annoyed now as I was at the game stonewall pen. They should start a VAR review of refs performances because in the prem we get a pen for that
