14:30 for me. Will be watching it on the big screen in my bar, before we open to the punters at 17:00. No beverages as I’ve got five a side at 18:00. Hopefully I’ve got an extra zip in my old knees. Is being 50 too old to “recreate goals”? :D

You never know with these things. Another version of the story is that the league champions turn up to put on a show in front of a huge crowd and really enjoy the occasion. Its another reason that the stupid goalkick routine needs dropping today. We need to be more direct and aggressive, keep the crowd involved, build momentum, and NOT give Orient an incentive to play in our half, proving a point in front of 22k anxious fans getting on the City players backs. Nervous energy is a problem, it needs to be controlled by being on the front foot.

I think we need a win to build confidence going into the playoffs. If we scrape in, the anxiety will flow into the playoffs. The players and fans need to see a City team turn up in a big game and show they can do it. We've bottled it every time we've moved into a challenging position, we all need to see a City with some cojones today.

Typical City luck, we get the only player from the Championship Champions Burnley who doesn't know what to do with a football.

That was a turgid performance but a point was a good result. Halliday is the new Wayne Jacobs. I think we can beat Carlise over two legs. Our midfield engine is seriously lacking pace as shown in the last two games but we have enough steel about us that we might just sneak it in the playoffs.

I thought it was well known he'd pretty much agreed to sign but his agent got him a last minute move. Don't blame the lad though, nobody would have not taken that opportunity.

Honest appraisal of the game and he talks of a 6 year plan. Don't know when that started but they seem to have their eyes on the Championship perhaps?

Disagree they had a slow start till they found second gear but they were playing well up to half time and second half they were lightning on the break second half until we changed it a bit and played sensible towards the end. I have been critical of Hughes this season but he has achieved the minimum expected of him and despite what some say today was a decent point against a very good team

I agree Park. Sparks has said for the past two seasons that anything less than promotion is failure so when the club are saying it, I'm not sure how anyone else can see it as anything different.

In fairness Harry Lewis said the same in his Radio Leeds interview (link on another thread). It would certainly be a big missed opportunity but still progress after the total dross of recent years.

And Halliday was excellent for the ten games before that.
He's just human, unfortunately. He'll have the odd off day like us all.

If someone adds them to their basket they show as sold until they get timed out so suspect someone has added the remaining tickets to their baskets but now they are being timed out so they become available. Another row in Block A Main Stand has become available so it might be that the club have held some back and now releasing them.

hope we do not turn up tomorrow, the game is on Monday.
we might not get promoted or even reach the playoff's , we have no divine right to,but we have improved on the past 5 years
If we do miss out, it will not take much to improve again next season.

This is what i worked out earlier Sergio.
The capacity is 24840 according to the City website.
    https://www.bradfordcityafc.com/supporters/First-Time-Visitors/
First three rows of the Kop seats cordoned off 430
    Midland road segregation 330
So the capacity with segregation and cordoning off is 24060.

I've had another look through the records and it seems that should mean it will be the highest league attendance at Valley Parade since the 0-0 draw against Oldham Athletic on 29 April 1953 when the attendance was 23,580. It was the last match of that season and Oldham won the league that season.
