Not a fan of booing but have been known to partake in the odd ironic cheer over the years.

I don't boo , when they play crap or don't try, then they don't even warrant my effort to boo. haha

Not after a one off defeat but as others have said when it's a combination of a defeat(again), poor tactics and poor subs I just feel I have to...

Strange that. You'd think it was an impossibility the way some "clap harder" and "cheer failure" types bang on about booing.Bantamtom likes this. -
Paid 8 quid to park at ground. Two minute walk from the car park we got in (there’s quite a few)….right up to club shop. No hassle getting out as they put a rolling road block around ground afterwards.
kids don’t wanna go back to VP now they’ve been to Etihad lol, but it was all very easy and a good family day out.
Block 313 we got in - tough to get more than two seats together in the family stand or most other areas but 313 was plenty available (albeit this was vs Soton). Great view from the corner. £30 quid adults. £15 kids.
feels a bit scummy me plugging Man City on here but we’re still City till we die aren’t we. Just a nice novelty to see some good football for a change.
Kids shirts there are 70 quid with a name on back though lol. They coin it in in their shop!NorthernMonkey likes this. -

Very little effort, even less ability. Our regression goes on. The problem is we live in expectation rather than hope and that is killing us as much as the lies of our 12 year old CEO and MIA owner.
Hartlepool may have great support, but they have been lower and their expectation is to stay in this league. Their fans travelled last night for a good day out. Our fans travel expecting to see a win.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...Bigrod likes this. -
You do realise athletes including footballers are working 5, 6 days a week at their craft and that idiots booing at the end of a game is over in the blink of an eye
Those things might stay with the player but it doesn't motivate them to do better next time that comes from within and to be honest we just saw a whole season contested where nobody took it easy because their were no fans present the games might have been a bit weirder but it was what it was
Motivation for a pro athlete comes from within not whether they're clapped or booed at the end of a match all booing can do is sour the athletes feelings towards the attendees
They're not Sunday league players who would get right upset every time someone criticises them they don't think 'oh my god I better do better' unless it's their manager that's rollicking them some pissed up idiot in the stand at 9:45 pm on a Tuesday night will only upset them slightly and then they move on and they must think those idiots are even stupider when they applaud a similar performance the following game just because they won
Booing is dumber than most people realiseKevin1954 likes this. -
I would think the players on Tuesday night realised that performance was no where near good enough, although Id say most of the booing was in frustration.
