They'll be booed no doubt. Which is harsh. They've tried, they're just shit

I wonder if the players will take responsibility today or hide behind the excuses that those nasty "dimwits" were booing again.

I watched the West Brom game against QPR and West Brom fans booed mercilessly at half time when they were losing then second half late on they got a fluke equaliser and then stole the win and the fans were delighted lol fickle or what the performance was not good and very City like but they got a keeper error so oh everything was suddenly all right lol

Those types of fans make me laugh

So booing the team actually made them improve the performance and turned around a losing positive to a winning one?

Strange that. You'd think it was an impossibility the way some "clap harder" and "cheer failure" types bang on about booing.

Not sure how booing forced anything to be honest but if you want to think it had a positive impact then you do you

Tried? I saw a different game in which Crawley allowed us the ball but fended is off with ease and attacked with ease, especially down the sides.

A lack of passion, drive and communication.

Crawley were poor. That makes us?

Sent out early for the second half's, lots of laughs and chatting which equated to sweet FA come the start of the second half.

I’ve not booed, just been apathetic.

At the start of the season was absolutely buzzing for this season. The club’s hysteria got me interested.

but quickly losing faith. Took the kids to watch Man City last week (adult tickets only a fiver more than ours, lol) and enjoyed the whole occasion. The fanzone and experience…. It’s just infinitely better than the matchday experience at City. You turn up as late as possible and leave as early as possible at VP.

didn’t even know who we were playing until hearing the score at HT yesterday.

i’ll keep buying my ST while they are cheap but the kids are sick of how shit City are and they don’t want to put in the effort, so consequently neither do I.

will attend the home games for something to do but its just not the same club. We need that ownership change as soon as possible.

I think Derek is the man but give him the resources to make his job a little easier.

Was it easy enough to get the tickets? Sounds like something I might do with my kids rather than drag them down to VP one week.

Just worried it might be a bit late getting back midweek. Youngest is a nightmare to get up for school at the best of times.

I'm definitely looking into this though. It's got to be a better experience than the drab fayre offered up at VP these last few years.

Yes mate. You have to wait until after Citizens member priority period is over and they are on general sale but we got ours the Monday for a game the next weekend. All tickets are e-tickets - you download to your iwallet/android equivalent on your phone and then scan under a barcode reader on gate (if kids dont have phones can save on yours).

Paid 8 quid to park at ground. Two minute walk from the car park we got in (there’s quite a few)….right up to club shop. No hassle getting out as they put a rolling road block around ground afterwards.

kids don’t wanna go back to VP now they’ve been to Etihad lol, but it was all very easy and a good family day out.

Block 313 we got in - tough to get more than two seats together in the family stand or most other areas but 313 was plenty available (albeit this was vs Soton). Great view from the corner. £30 quid adults. £15 kids.

feels a bit scummy me plugging Man City on here but we’re still City till we die aren’t we. Just a nice novelty to see some good football for a change.

Kids shirts there are 70 quid with a name on back though lol. They coin it in in their shop!

They are giving away tickets to the homeless and all sorts at the Etihad apparently.

I was surprised how easy we got them.

lad wants to go to PSG game there but I imagine that one might sell out!

Long term, I still have faith in DA, short term I think we need to take more pain before he solves it. Maybe next season rather than this.

Like many I bought into the hype, over estimated the players signed, perhaps wrongly thinking they were all Adams doing when in reality it looks like he's accepted Turnbulls influence.

Like many I'm already totally disinterested in this season and will continue to go out of habit more than desire.

Adams will get it right, but I think we are in for more of the same in player turnover for the next two windows. Cant see many of this squad kicking off in August 22
