A very valid point @Petrov as you say I would expect a minutes silence to be held at the start of all games,so the company need to be aware and possible fly over around 3:10pm.

 

As the clocks have changed, after half time will be too dark KK! It has to be done while there's still plenty of light, during the first half.
There's nothing wrong with the minutes silence but after that we must continue with the fly-over.

 

from my understanding of what simon jordan was saying he can. so there are 2 possible scenarios;

1. rupp buys rahic's 20% - highly unlikely as rupp's passion isn't football and he may see it as a waste of money. unless he can be convinced that once he owns 100% of the club there is someone willing to come in and buy it from him at a price he is willing to accept, or become a major shareholder. rupp isn't stupid, he'll know that if the club can get going again there's money to be made for him and he may infact want to keep a stake in the club.

2. someone / consortium buys rupp's 80% and then forces a sale of rahic's 20%.

that's why it's key to keep rupp onside, on good terms and not place 'demands' on him to do this or that. convince him to either buy rahic's 20% and then sell, or convince him to sell his 80% and then whoever is the major shareholder can buy the final 20%.

unless it's something to do with wether or not a company is a plc, ltd or whatever. of that i'm not sure.

 

There will not be full support for the flyover, due to a variety of views on the subject of protesting per se to it is not enough and won’t have any impact and everything in between.

Generally ppl find protesting uncomfortable, and you are always going to have resistance. However that is not a reason for not doing it. Yes I would be nice if the whole of the fan base agreed, but that is never going to happen, this forum is a classic example of the differences.

Well you have to ask if Stefan has invested 80% of the money and his hands are tied that given a down turn in the clubs fortunes he doesn't have the voting rights to pull the plug on the 20% share holder I wonder why he has not got a water tight agreement to save his investment.

 

Should be timed after Portsmouths 3rd goal , 3-21pm will be fine KK .

 

So if Mark had held out and not sold the deal would possibly not have happened because the new owners didn't want any other investor onboard or weren't prepared to take the risk of buying Mark out in the foreseeable future.

More and more rumours circulating as this week has unfolded

I’m hearing we are skint, does anyone know how true this may actually be. Have we really only got funds to operate for the next 3/4 months at best, did the players have to stump up the cash to pay a recent EFL fine. ??

 

Would it not make more sense to put these questions to the people you are hearing these rumours from?

 

Any reason why I can’t ask people on here if they’ve heard the same, what about your good self ?

 

of that i'm not sure. like i say, it's just going off what simon jordan said on the radio a few weeks ago. like @Dennis says, guess it depends what's in the ownership agreement.

The only credible thing I can add to this rumour is on the WOAP article the other day, from an executive box holder (?) whom had been asked for the final payment on the boxes which he stated was normally in late January/early February.

 

No of course not. Just seems a bit odd not to ask the organ grinder. I've not heard anything of any substance, in fact, the only rumour I have heard is the one you posted earlier in the week about players not being paid that you said there was a 'lot of noise' about on social media but was actually just one tweet that very quickly got deleted.
