We remain a living on the edge Club where, unfortunately, poor choices have hindered any progress and investment has been frittered away. Even with a generous benefactor success is not guaranteed. Structure Objectives and Management need to be aligned in an effective way allowing the chemistry and recruitment to prove effective. Make the right judgement and I believe then you are able to confidently adhere to a 5 year plan.Trouble is..it's all about stability and continuity and a willingness to bank role longer term.
