Challinor who had Odusina at Hartlepool said his strength wasn't in areal duals and picked Wooton to give him a hard time, Challinor certainly got it right on the day.

 

Interesting that we never picked up on that when we played them the previous season. In fact, it's probably that performance against us, which earned him a 3 year deal. I wouldn't want to give up on him yet, but we've a number of youngsters who haven't progressed under Hughes, which begs the question why they were bought in the first place, if we had no intention coaching them to improve.

 

I don’t particularly recall him as being “terrible”, but if that is the case and Hughes is of the same mindset, what does that say about the recruitment? The due diligence on him can’t have been very good, although he impressed at Pools and they were sorry to see him go.

 

I can't remember which game if was but I had to watch it through my fingers every time the ball was launched in his direction.

Yes , they played on his perceived weakness, and they were right.

 

Stockport completely outplayed us all over the park that day, not just down to Odusina - everyone else had a shocker too.

 

I see Taylor's Killie CB team mate Chris Stokes has signed for Morecambe today.

 

I'm not sure I'd ever look at another player at a different club and say "Corrr, he's not improved dramatically in his first season, the coaching there mustn't be any good".

Not as tall as I thought

 

Well built though.

 

What I like about this lad, from the two short appearances so far, is that he doesn't just shovel the ball from left to right, he looks up and if there's space for him to go forward into he will do that. That brings opposition midfielders forward and creates space for others.

Could be a good signing this lad.

One too many

 

Taylor is one of the worst centre half’s I’ve seen in my time watching City(from 1978).
He runs like he’s pulling a caravan and has the turning motion of the titanic. As for reading the game I doubt the lad can read a book. He won’t improve as the season goes on so drop him now for his own sanity because VP can become very nasty.
Nothing against the man but he’s not what we need.

Fantastic answer but may I suggest if your not happy with current player or manager for that matter contact the useless owner of Bradford City AFC he's the root of everything wrong with the club.
He's the reason we sign players of the calibre we watch week in week out even in last season's play off games.
