I agree with that, which is why I don't want Maynard. I'd be more confident of a signing like this if we based our recruitment off analytics and actually had a reason why we think a lad with one goal will come good. Sadly we'll be judging off word of mouth and a highlight reel, which is why I personally wouldn't be pleased with this.

This club is a shambles from the top down, and we deserve to be the plodding league 2 outfit we are. Until theres a change in ownership and leadership at the very top of the club, this club will go nowhere except backwards.
