To be fair, Boris is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. I wouldn't envy any PM in this current climate.

 

But clubs will need time to get their protocols in place and that costs thousands. The clubs have already lost thousands putting that protocol in place this season only for it to never have been used. Financially they can't take that sort of hit again.

 

Some won't be happy until the R value is zero and that will never happen. If we are going to wait for what ifs then we're never going to come out of lockdown and we cannot allow that to happen.

 

Unfortunately, this is the mistake the world health organisations and certain governments including ours around the world have made people believe.

 

And this is why I couldn't put any season tickets on sale or spend anyone money until I see things fully opening up.

 

So reading up on all this it up to 10k fans or a quarter of the stadium but which ever is lowest.

So for us what's that 6k fans allowed in?

How can we plan around that?

 

The season will culminate in the Sky Bet Play-Off Finals taking place at Wembley Stadium over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend 29-31 May 2021.

Unfortunatly there will be people who refuse it, we have friends our age who for some reason dont get their annual flu jab, baffling IMO.

 

I thought I’d seen 4K fans or half of stadium capacity but to which is lower ?

 

I suppose the only satisfaction is the possible justification of buying a season ticket for a season where the product hasn’t been fulfilled. Watching on TV is no substitute and it really feels like we’ve all had our pants pulled down, bent over and screwed.
