Agreed with others about the Irishman... Was an hour too long. Heard good things about the Gentlemen, might give it a go this weekend.

 

Anyone seen uncut gems on Netflix. Not a classic by any means but was a decent watch

Just watched a film called Left Behind. Biggest pile of crap I’ve ever watched. I don’t know why I watched it to the end.

 

I mean, it’s so shit, it’s good.

 

The Stranger on netflix. Great series.

 

The ending wasn't great to be fair. Was only about 3/4 of the way through when I sent the original post. Not that inspired to watch anything at the minute.

 

With regards 1917 I was a little disappointed awaiting the wow factor which for me did not happen, the one thing that did strike home were the horrors of the World One battle fields, you watch movies and don't think about the fallen and how they were left to rot/decompose, and of course the feeling those poor souls had when the call rang out "up and over".
Thinking about those brave lads (both sides used as cannon fodder) made the hair on the back of my neck stand up, but overall a disappointing watch to say it did so well in the award ceremonies.

 

Seen as most are stuck at home and this became a bit of what are you watching thread, anyone got anything decent to watch at minute?

 

Yes Bradford City V Northampton on Sky.

Why is that game always on sky? Not complaining like but it always seems to be on compared to other matches

 

It will be touch and go as you well know Bradford City never do easy.

 

I suggest there isn't one in our present squad that would get on the bench with that starting 11, although I was obviously there and probably watched it several times since you still pick up stuff you've missed.

 

Well at least I get to see City on my visit, 3-0 now, wow, just shown a close up shot, Wells Davis and McArdle. All 3 would have shown this current lot the way.

 

Just seen Dave's post, yeah it's amazing that team only just got the playoffs but by Christ, they gave Northampton a good old fashioned seeing to.

 

I think the league cup final helped us that year. We just dealt with the day better in the play off final. Dream land stuff that though. 3 up at half time. Was game over.

 

I watched Midway the other day, as somewhat of a WW2 enthusiast it didn’t disappoint, really good film.

 

Just started Hunters on Amazon Prime.
