    Apparently Ticketmaster just set it up and haven't been to sort out the glitches, you can't blame the ticket office staff for just working with what they've got. The chairman should have been straight on the phone and demanded they send someone out.

    might depend what sort of deal we have with them. Have we paid for them setting it up or have we said we would migrate all the current data on the cheaper option?
