I have just done that, but all the emails just say you have been added to friends and family and you don't need to do anything. I wonder if they have changed it.

 

I renewed my season tickets at the ticket office this morning. I have now logged on to the Ticketmaster website just to see how it works. The season ticket purchases for me and friends and family are showing up in purchase history. However when I go to reserved seats it says I don't have any. Is something amiss, or does reserved seats mean something altogether different??

 

Don’t that but still can’t renew his season ticket just mine! I’ll head down and sort instead cheers

 

That adds them to your friends and family.
Once added to friends and family you need to go in and change their setting so you can manage tickets for them.
This is what they need to accept.
It is after this that you can buy their season tickets for them

 

Any ideas how you pay by DD monthly. I might be renewing but they are not having it all at once…

 

Just remember you are tied in for the full year, you can not just cancel and walk away if we are shit and then go back if we are good the following the year

Well yep you can but without clearing what is owed you wouldn't be able to buy a season ticket the year after

 

Now would I do that! Even if I don’t turn up for all the matches I wouldn’t stop the DD. The club are offering an interest free loan which I think is generous.
Maybe they will bring back the Flexi tickets.

 

Just renewed my ST and paid by DD but I couldn't see any details about the monthly payments so I tried to look at the detailed T&C's and they don't exist which is a bit rubbish considering that you have to tick a box to say that you've read the T&C's to complete the purchase.

 

I was the same last night hunting for things that should be there. Last year we got an email straight away with the schedule of payments.

 

I think they are on the main site. So they do exist just the link doesn't work

 

Sounds dodgy legally, but what do I know.

 

suppose it only becomes an issue if there is a dispute, then the club wouldn’t have a leg to stand on

 

Can't be bothered trawling through all the posts , so help appreciated.

My son and I are linked as family and friends but I don't have the ability to purchase a season ticket for him

go into friends and family and change the setting for him to allow you to manage tickets for him and not just allocate them.
He then has to log in and accept the change.
