    T&A are saying that Sharpe is expected to be announced this week, but it won't be as the Head of Recruitment. Guess he is the new DOF/SD.

    And Mansfield have their most successful season when he's gone... You can make numbers and stats fit however you want. At the end of the day, we need experience, and that ultimately comes from 10+ years of doing the job

    Maybe Rupps playing his ace card
    Getting someone in capable of challenging RS and ultimately removing him and Gent
    Maybe he no longer trusts RS to attain his goals
    I can't see it remaining harmonious between RS and Sharpe whatever happens
    Maybe he knows how ambitious Sharpe is and is lining up a sale to him why after all this time is he investing
    Sharpe won't come cheap
    As usual there are more questions than answers
    One thing's for sure Sharpe ain't going to play 2nd fiddle very long
