    Mine only shows from the 29th Feb (which was my 23/24 ST imported) to now, with the 2820 block of points transferred on 21st March. No idea if this was correct as I can't look on the old system and see how many I had - but i'm sure it was over 3000. Guess I will just have to trust the club to get this correct, which is a very hard thing to do at the moment!

    I am not convinced my points are correct either. My eldest hasn’t been to many games this season due to having a Saturday job yet he’s only 60 or so points behind me.

    When it was announced the new website was being launched I took a screenshot of my loyalty points then from the old website.

    When I saw them on the new website it was the same amount as before. Although there’s still around 80/100 points to be added onto that.

    I checked and saved a copy of my points on the old system, before it was taken down.

    In my case, the points transferred onto the Ticketmaster system equalled equalled those showing, at close, on the old system.

    That said, my points on the old system were not correct (I suspect that many people's points were not correct on the old system).

    I know I’ve not been given the points for Mansfield or Notts County at home but Salford points have been applied

    Do you have a breakdown of your points total on the new system? I don't - it simply says Manual City Point Input 1800 or somethig similar - and I've no idea whether that's the same for everybody or some have more of an idea of how the totals been calculated.

    The points have been transferred across as one lump number. The only way of checking the breakdown of that number is on the old system. Unless the Club make the historical data available, that opportunity may now have gone, if you didn't check it before the switchover.

    Have no fear, all my points are safely transferred.
    I’m sure there’s been times on the old system where points weren’t added but when you have so many it’s kind of irrelevant ;) ;) ;)

    Just logged in to my account. Mad, I know, but bought my season ticket for next season (grabs tin hat) but it says no reserved seats and nothing to suggest I’ve bought a ticket. Everyone else the same?
