    Of course they would sell, In 3 years time we could walk away and play elsewhere, that's if we are still in business.
    The income from the rent is not guaranteed until the option is taken up.

    The relationship between City and the Flamingo Land Pension Scheme is symbiotic.

    The two need each other to function successfully.

    There is little value in Valley Parade other than as a stadium. The cost in clearing it and repurposing the site would be immense and the loss of income whilst that took place would be substantial.

    There are few sites in Bradford where the club could build a new stadium. The cost would be huge probably over £40 million for a 20,000 seater stadium.

    Apart from moving to Odsal, or Horsfall there is no other existing venue. The state and location of Odsal is appalling. The location and size of Horsfall unsuitable.

    The club and the Pension fund need to come to some sensible agreement. A sliding rate of a rental fee makes sense.

    We could...... but where? It would have to be a groundshare with Huddersfield or Leeds and neither are likely, well, neither have a cat in hells chance. Huddersfield are having their own ground ownership issues and there is zero upside for either team to share.

    We cannot afford to build new, especially inside 3 years. Until there is an alternative, we need them just as much as they need us. We hold zero cards without a viable ground. Knowing the council, we are only a few weeks away from another "Wembley of the north" type T&A headline.

    The problem with the ground is no serious buyer would come in for us without a way to buy the ground.Can you imagine the figure Gibb would come up with if a buyer with serious money came forward.

    Listen we are stuck here like it or not the rent may be high but we have a huge fanbase that will buy season tickets ......will buy merchandise this should give us a huge advantage until you come to the jokers running the club.
    Dont be decked if this is another scare mongering tactic to play on your loyalty
