I was posting about his general demeanor in the pre game presser, the fella appeared to be visibly down !

Only ever scored at Morecambe and his record is on a par with Oliver's.

 

Just looked and he’s only started 4 times for Burton this season.
And not scored.

 

Why would that be true? Young hasn't played for us for over a year so doesn't need replacing. We have 4 strikers so unless one of them leaves we won't be signing another.

 

Injured or just out favour I wonder?

The fact at the time he signed for us he had scored more goal over the previous two seasons in a higher league. And without wanting to knocks Cooks recent achievements with us . I was talking to a Mansfield fan this morning in Filey who was commenting about how well cook had done for us. He said at the time of his transfer to us he would have driven him here himself “over weight and disinterested “

Injured second game of the season, came back to training at the end of Oct. Odd minutes until his first start back in Mid-november. Missed a lot of pre-season too it seems. Picked up another little muscle injury Mid-december, just had 2 cameos off the bench since.
