Certainly no bad effects. I did go on a bike ride yesterday up a pretty serious hill and I noticed that I'd improved. No idea why, perhaps because I'd had over a week off the bike. Then again it could be the diet. I seem to be eating an awful lot of nuts and seeds. Maybe that's why I'm flying up those hills!
No idea really. I'm near mid 60's so if there's any athletic improvement over the next few months I may have to put it down to diet.

He has been due for a goal for a while,
Early enough for our Cookie Monster to add another

 

Chapman and Halliday have been very poor. In contrast, Bobby and Ridehalgh have been good

 

City playing some great football and the work rate is brilliant. Keep on turning that screw city.

 

His weight reduction is a based on goals scored.
1 goal -5kg lighter
2 goals -10 kg lighter
Etc….

 

Chapman was already past the man and only had to shoot. He's having a shocker
