If rumours are true Young should have been disciplined fined and made to tow the line then get on with it !!!
Maybe it struck a chord with MH and bruised his ego won't be the first or last time

I think it’s a sign of the times we live in where rightly or wrongly we’ve allowed children/teenagers or any other junior member of society a voice and an opinion they haven’t earned the right to have.
I couldn’t ever have imagined a scenario when I started working as an apprentice where I thought I could challenge my gaffer even if I thought I was right.

If rumours are true Young should and probably was fined and disciplined unfortunately MH doesn't seem the person to reason out an argument/disagreement which so far taking account of the Cook injury and our lack of suitable back up could prove costly
50/50 in my opinion MH man management skills don't seem the best

 

Well if he is that good we should be able to get a good fee for him in January. Or he could just fade away

Think of the managers that Hughes played for. Ron Atkinson and Alex Ferguson. I doubt either of them had great man management skills. It was a case of do as I tell you or get out.
And I think it’s fair to say they dealt with bigger egos than that of some nobody like Jake Young.

 

No crystal ball am afraid park but MH must have seen something in him to award a 3 year contract
