    Your last words are the difference between this and last season. Seem to be signing more players that have played in leagues above as opposed to ones like Young and Odusina.

    I think it’s the right policy giving long contracts it takes away speculation every year and let’s face it if it fails who wants to rot away in the background players will move on

    Can see him linking well with Cook or Oliver, plus surely Walker can pick some quality passes to him to get on the end off.

    Certainly offers formation options up front.

    Looks like a decent siging on the face of it, clearly giving us the pace we need and have lacked in the front line. I hope for his sake we are partnering him with Cook as its clear he's not a back to goal type.

    Good signing. Has qualities that our forward line lacks. I also like how Hughes has strengthened the core of the team first. A good defence, Some new additions to the midfield and now a striker to compliment the likes of Oliver & Cook

    Onto some full backs and wingers

    An improvement on the likes of Costelloe and Nevers from last season thats for sure.
    With the loan market to be used as well expect the squad to be in far better shape than last year

    I do. They could not score all last year in a very poor side. My mate liked him fast and pacy but once Robinson left he didn't play any more.. He cannot be as bad as Costello and Abbot can he ? Shirley...Theo Robinson? He will be okay methinks

    Despite some comments, I think you are correct.

    He had a purple patch, 2018/19 in the National League when he scored 10 goals in 23 games.

    Take the rest of his career of 105 league games, then he has managed 17. That works out at a goal in just over every 6 games.

    Spread that over a season and that is just under 7 goals.

    I would hope that a second striker would at least be on 1 goal every 4 games.

    Still he has the opportunity to dispel my slight reservations.

    Perhaps the move to City will be the opportunity for him to up his return.
