    If the Mcdonald signing is true, An Hughes is set on playing a 3 at the back system, I can see the team turning out like this

    Stubbs Taylor Odusina
    Halliday Smallwood Mcdonald -----
    Walker
    Cook Agyei?

    Reason Id put Odusina there rather than Platt is because pace is badly needed in that defence. 2 holding midfielders in Smallwood an Mcdonald would protect that defence from most teams in the division. We have to sign Agyei and a quality player to play on the left if were going to make this formation work, otherwise we wont have enough creativity

    Pretty much nailed on now. Can't say we won't have experience. Over half the starting eleven over 30 so no excuses when it comes to it. A positive i guess that apart from Harry Lewis, no one is gonna come in and poach our players. MacDonald gets nothing but good raps from the Exeter fans who have commented online.

    Yes, most of them seem gutted to see him go. Seen a couple of comments about him not being able to play 90 mins but that would have been the case with Williams too.
