    We might not have "2 good midfielders with energy and pace" currently but we do have Oduor and Osadebe who can play there and i know Osadebe looked a little lost coming back but Hughes had him as a starter last season so who knows what Hughes wants from him this time out, bench warmer,starter, sent out on loan?

    Talking of which, Hughes will have to Bank(;)) on the loanees being more like the Scot Scott and less like Dion/Dara/Doggy Harratt/Nevers by name,never by nature etc

    thats my worry. In the air an through the middle, they'd be as good as it gets in the league. But aganist pace we'd be screwed. A dynamic LWB an Odusina on the left would cover Taylor but Halliday gets caught out of position too often an I wouldn't trust Smallwood or the potential signing Mcdonald to have the legs to cover that right flank

    The back 3 would be way too slow. Unless we're parking the bus every game an playing on the counter, a Back 3 of Stubbs - Taylor - Kelly/Platt would be a recipe for disaster
