What is the apparent money spent?

 

Having a squad that size won’t come cheap will it?

I’m sure those at the club are just as disappointed to be fair, which will be tempered somewhat if we manage to qualify then win the playoffs. Otherwise, surely it’s another season of failure?

 

There was an interesting interview with Harry Lewis on BBC. He said that in the summer, he was on the scrapheap and he thought he was rubbish. He trained with a National League team and they turned him down.

I'm sure our budget is in the top 3 or 4 but maybe we've just spent it better this time?

I've really enjoyed the season. Huge progress on and off the field.

The club has moved forward a great deal in the last two or three years, I agree - just need the football to catch up!

Well, kick off 6:30 a.m my time, I have to be at school for 7:15, official duties to see to before classes start at 8:25. Which basically means I’ll have one eye on the cellphone and the other monitoring a bunch of America’s finest. Oh well, if we do it, I suppose the kids get an easier day. Going to be tense.

 

I didn’t think I would sleep but I have and now I am wide awake wondering what will happen today. No predictions from me, we are on a knife edge. No more second chances we have run out of road it is do or die stuff.

 

0730 for me, which is marginally better. You must be in the western reaches of the state.

Hook your laptop up to a data projector and have the match on-screen in class, whilst you teach the kids all about City: songs and chants, history, points needed for safety/promotion etc. Then a segment on City's effect on one's health and stability, and end with how to speak Yorkshire. English, mathematics, history, social history, foreign language, music, medicine -- all covered. That should do for the day!

Just for once, I hope the players are able to put on a performance to match the fantastic support they're going to get. Nothing half arsed or tentative, lets get on the front foot from the off.

 

Indeed. As someone on Twitter said earlier this morning, two teams on show, one with nothing to play for and one whose whole season is riding on the next 90 minutes - let's hope we can tell which is which.
