Today was Bradford city, summed up in 98 minutes, lows followed by a brief high and then lows again.
The one thing from today , that has plagued us this season is game management, we have conceded stoppage time goals on 5 occasions ,i think .which has cost us 8 points. Barrow , Colchester away, both lost , Swindon, Mansfield and today draws from a winning position. Hold on today and against Mansfield we would be 5 ahead of them and playoffs in the bag and still the chance of the auto's.
Fine margins. It's not over yet, but going to be tight. Lets hope Orient do us a favour at Mansfield mid week and Swindon turn Stevenage over.

Yeah you'd have thought after signing so many a rebuild for next season shouldn't be required.

But those players you've listed none are going to be starting players next season.

    Relying on others now.

Shouldn't have been the case this season.

You said : I don't even want to think about playing in this bloody division next season. If we do then this season has been utter abject failure yet again and i'll call into question the credentials of the manager and the recruitment set up.
Your words not mine. Cry as much as you want to.

Too many players have under performed, too many not up to the task and too many long term injuries not helped, Walker in particular. We are now missing Adam Clayton's calming influence.

Nevers is appalling, we are effectively playing with 10 men. I know Dion has not been great but he should have started today.

Cant think of many permanent signings this year that either played under Hughes or Hodges or Gent worked with at Middlesbrough. The scouting circuit hasn't really got going. Needs some work this summer.

Was surprised he and Crich started after their poor showings at Swindon. Both were weak links today again

I think if we don’t go up this season, MH will be off. Most likely on his own accord.

But this seasons quote “a free hit” it’s all set up for next season is it not
what can we change? The budget has been put in place this season, is, was it adequate? Commercially, more money has been brought in, is it enough? The owner has backed the manager, the manager has developed his own squad. Another summer of upheaval?

Defence was pretty decent before Platt's red at Crawley, Critchlow has looked shaky since coming back ln and Stubb's looks poorer for it.

Itv news have just said Wrexham have won promotion back to 'football's big time'. I don't feel quite so bad about another year in league 2 now, I hadn't realised the heady heights we are playing at.

Yes, Stubbs & Platt have looked the best partnership defensively. I understand playing Crichlow at home when we have more of the ball but Northampton away is going to be physical.

Yes but he is stuck between a wall and a hard place. He has to carry on investing. If he decides to take his loan back and deplete the playing budget there is a huge risk of us being relegated and then we will go out of business. If we get out of this division he could sell the club and walk away.

Spot on, Stubbs is suffering in his own game as a result of baby sitting Crichlow Same today as at Swindon think Rom needs taking out of the firing line

If we miss out, there will be plenty of wriggle room to improve the squad.
i would not sign any of the loans Nevers , Pieria Critchlow, Costelloe , Bola and Banks, only the latter has shown any real form, although he bloody annoys me how he cuts inside all the time and tries to bend it in the far corner.
Hendrie, Threlkeld, Foulds, Clayton, Oliver, Rideaugh , Odisina and Gilliead, let go or try and move on
    13 places there.

Platt and Stubbs, will be here next season, should have put Platt straight back in once his suspension was done.
Crithchlow is far too casual and always looking to play sideways or back. He cost us today, and looked shaky all game.
