Boundary Park as well, and that was for the final game of the season in May.

Plus Milton Keynes old ground which was completely open to the elements

Obviously the ground isn't the coldest , it's the weather.
Minus 4 at VP is colder than 2 degrees at Oldham.
Arsenal at home 2012 was really cold.
Birmingham City New Year's Day at VP in 1995 was Baltic.
The pitch was really hard and would be unplayable these days but game went ahead.
Burnley away 1993 , it had been snowing on and off but the day was sunny but freezing.
Did Blackpool away same season on boxing day.
    Couldn't feel my feet.

Wind Chill Factor. Hence Oldham is constantly touted as the coldest.

Went to Sincil Bank (Lincoln) on Boxing Day 2008, an absolute borefest of a game, finished 0-0 and it was b'stard baltic

Other notable ones were the boxing day trips to Sunderland & Carlisle recently, as well as numerous Oldham games where the wind chill absolutely kills you!

The FA Cup defeat at Yeovil in Jan 18’ was one of the most chilling experiences I’ve had at a city game, this one wasn't just down to weather reasons but it was bloody freezing as well.

Also remember a New Year’s Day game at Burnden Park in 97’ also been bitter.

By far the coldest ground for me was a night game against Rotherham at the Athletics Stadium they were using at the time. Decided to get a hot dog and between leaving the hot water and reaching the bun it was frozen Hundreds trying to get in to the toilet block to escape the cold,

That would be my choice as well, with Boundary Park coming up fast on the rails

Just the amount of bodies in there must have been a couple of hundred in the block. God help you if you needed to go but outside it froze before hitting the ground
