The only explanation for this badge is that someone has come home from a night out, gone on to their laptop clicked on Microsoft Paint and created the most vulgar, cheap and uninspired design and sent it to the club, from which someone at the club equally as drunk has opened it up and put it live as the new badge. Horrendous, amateur and tasteless!

I actually really like it. People don't like change and will stick with the familiar. I think if our current crest was introduced people would call it ugly.

 

Or it is just poor brand management from city

Sparks and Longo have a Rugby league background. This is the tacky thing they do in that sport to rebrand.

i hate the design but its a silly crest and if we go with it, so be it, just hope we havent spent much on its implementation.

to me, city means claret and amber stripes, so the logo isn’t even consistent with our recent identity from the 90s.

like Leeds did with their equally poor effort, stick it in the bin and just carry on as we are.

 

But not Norwich. I guess sparrows aren’t the most aggressive of birds. On that note, Brighton also need a rebrand

I agree it should be facing the other way,but there is something wrong with the way the chicken is walking,it's a bit"mincing" if you get my drift.

I think its awful! My first thought was Rod Hull and his emu but on reflection, its an ostrich and just needs Bernie Clifton sat astride it holding onto the reins. Even Bernies initials are on the crest!
