...and look what happened. Wild has some experience of lower league football - Woodgate has played and coached in the higher leagues so it does not necessarily make him a better candidate. Given the chance he may be a good manager but it would be a steeper learning curve for him Biker.

 

Thanks for posting this. Evans is clearly desperate for the job, but I think most of what he is quoted as saying is a load of old flannel. Can anyone honestly see Parkinson sitting down to have a pint with Evans? I don't think that has ever happened to be honest.

Any out of work manager with any ambition and past sucsess would/should fancy taking the reins at Valley Parade I'd think.
I know its been said many times but it's true 16/17,000 home fans with a decent away attendance is a fantastic experiance for everyone in attendance (unless youre supporting the losing side) only matched by the likes of Sunderland/Bolton/Wigan etc who wouldn't want to test their football management skills in that sort of environment.

 

Or Rupp could think, 'who cares about losing a couple of thousand fans as long as we get into league one and I can finally sell this crap club!'
