Completely agree. We should have never signed Peter Beagrie or Jamie Lawrence. They were both terrible for our club.

 

I get the point dennis but there didn't seem this type of keenness when the fan zone thread went completely off topic with ramblings of obscure ale houses in Leeds.

I know that the off topic posts might annoy some but it's keeping the site busy and it's all light hearted banter.

if they are better than the league we are in no, as they have proved that elsewhere. We signed Vaughan by offering the captaincy.

 

Is he better than our division though? Vaughan was proven and at the time I could understand the offer, even if I don't particularly agree with it.

Edmonson though is a bloke with just a handful of senior games to his name, not a lad who's just hit 25 league one goals in consecutive years.

Oteh was raw but quick and was unlucky not to have a bigger goal tally he looked like one who could develope into a decent player

I'd sign him on a free - but not on a loan.

Not good enough right now, so would need guarantees about the length of his stay if we're developing him.

Could just end competing for his signature when he inevitably gets released.

Last winter when half of Australia was on fire it was a bad thing, I reckon you’d be pretty upset if Oteh had set the world on fire.

 

They're not that sorry, mate. I live next door to a season ticket holder and one across the road and nether are that convinced just that the little threat they did have was helped by him. Again, it was his pace as much as anything which led them to think something might happen.
