Again I agree. I've tried to keep out of this as its a none issue for me. There are hundreds of headlines I see on Sky Sports that are clearly click bait or none stories. I just feel like it's blown out of proportion. Under different circumstances, this article would have been laughed off, unfortunately, due to the atmosphere surrounding our club it seems to have fuelled the debate.

 

It was a lazy article full of regurgitated BS, loads of copying and pasting of unsubstantiated rumours from the Internet has been going at DM HQ. The fact it was a national daily journo falling for all this crap meant the club had to respond. West Yorkshire Sport, who I trust more than anyone else, said we were down to 2 choices. We need to chill.

Then if they are telling the truth then its case closed as they are open to legal actions against a national newspaper if its a lie.

However I suspect our weak pathetic response of name your source on managers name means they know the papers article has substance. Read Rogers reply on other thread and give me your positive spin on that.

My comments weren’t really directed at the article, more towards the amateur and embarrassing response from the club.

Well the mail will be correct on ppl turning us down, but maybe incorrect on why? That’s why you shouldn’t get drawn into the mail agenda. It can get very messy. They have columns to fill and will publish stories like these and avoid direct quotes.
