I can understand, difficult to enforce. So if you have owners they are primarily there to make money. That is there first consideration, as soon as they say they want to sell, all the heart thumping and promises we are only selling to people who can take it forward is total b—- S——-! They may well be fans , but they are also business men. I am not saying JR didn’t have the club’s best interests in his thoughts, but he wanted the money, or he would have stayed.

    Wha
t makes us think we should be ‘nowhere near League Two’?

What in our history in the past 100 years would possibly lead us to believe that Bradford City should be n a higher league.

In real terms our overall history probably suggests we are a Div 3, Div 4 Yo-Yo team.

I get ambition but what I don’t get is that presumption that we are a bigger team who RIGHTFULLY should be in a higher league.

If we lose on Saturday, and then the club decide to sack GB, whoever comes in will be left with a weakened squad and we will still drop out of the promotion race.

Don't tell me I'm not really a supporter. I've been an ST holder throughout both admins, when we slipped down to L2 and have had one up to this year when I've moved away. I attended every home game last year and sat through the worst city team ive ever seen week-in, week out, so don't patronise me just because you went to Stevenage away in the 50s or something daft.

Sorry there was no attempt to patronise anyone. My point stands for all supporters of all clubs. Discussing going out of business should not be an option. I understand your frustration.

By the way Stevenage were not in the league on the 1950s so it would have been daft to go there. Aren’t you patronising me?

Heard Warnock on the radio again this morning; said his missus would let him have a go this season to get to 1,500 league games, but only this season. We’ve definitely got Boreyer for tomorrow, after that, 15 left. Come back to Yorkshire Neil for one last hurrah and a final promotion

He’s the wrong man for the job with a chairmen who isn’t interested in football , with a CE who no longer want to be involved with the club , a team of non football playing staff who don’t support or have the clubs best interest at heart . Players who aren’t good enough and have no passion for the shirt . It’s a disaster

I remember when Kraft purchased Cadbury's there was plenty of exposure from the unions and others that there would be no job losess, never mind the eventual closure.
Are Cadbury brands and jobs at risk?
That's the fear of politicians and unions. Labour MPs in Birmingham, where Cadbury is based, said they were "very concerned” about the threat to jobs. Cadbury has been independent for 180 years, and is one of Britain’s most famous companies. It employs almost 6,000 staff in the UK. Irene Rosenfield, the Kraft chief executive and chairman, has insisted her company has “great respect for Cadbury’s brands, heritage and people” and that Cadbury will “thrive as part of Kraft Foods”. Mr Carr declared himself “pleased with the commitment that Kraft Foods has made to our heritage, values and people throughout the world”.
The US food giant Kraft has said it is "truly sorry" for reneging on an earlier promise to keep open Cadbury's Somerdale factory just days after it acquired the Dairy Milk maker for £11.7bn in January.
So even though there are clauses written into the purchase agreement for Portsmouth they are not legally binding ?.

Yes but you'd have been daft for going if they had, thinking about it we did many daft things in our youth that we look back on and think we must have been mad for doing X Y & Z, it possibly makes it easier to understand that being a Bradford City fan is not a bed of roses, are you going to Oldham tomorrow.......good man;).
