    On what basis can be be a good signing? He's made 17 career starts and 21 sub starts, scoring just once. He hasn't been able to get a regular spot for a league side and made four sub apps (no starts) in a loan spell at Harrogate Town.

    This is a horrendous signing. Feck of Rhodes and Rupp you absolute liars. MONEY TO SPEND IN JANUARY they said. This is a laughable signing.

    Bowyer is an absolute joke. His teams selections, tactics and recruitment is nothing short of a shambles.

    If I was the person at City preparing the Tweet ahead of his announcement for this, I would have been cringing. What a farce of a football club we have become. Dylan Mottley Henry. Come on guys. Is this the best we can do?

    Thought this was a joke.

    Look at players were losing and we come up with this.....definitely waved white flag on season with outgoings and cutting wages for rest of season.

    By all accounts he's been playing pretty well for the Barnsley Academy team. He had decent spells for Tranmere. We've been moaning about needing proper wingers. He's got a point to prove. He's still young and has decent strength and pace. I reckon he'll be a good signing given an opportunity. If this is our only activity I'll be very surprised... but as an extra body in the team I think he'll be OK.

    Do a little search on here and you'll find quite a few posts moaning that we shouldn't have released one of our few youth players with potential.

    I'll hold my hands up if he's terrible though.

    Manager and the board chucking the towel in halfway through the season. Pathetic. Fans blatantly being lied to as a double whammy. The club is scummy on all fronts. I feel dirty being associated with this organisation. Club is full of cowards and liars.

    So how come this ? Surely to God we had zero intention of bringing this lad back last weekend ?? Boreyer wont have a clue who he is ? So how come hes incontention for Sat ? Absolute joke if anyone says we had the slightest bit of interest in this player ? Its just a body really dont matter if it works or not ?

    It is a sickening feeling, being taken for mugs. Bowyer saying RE Vaughan he didn't want to deny him the chance to play at a higher level etc. If that really was the case then fine, use the fee we've bagged from the loan deal and what we will save from his wages and replace with with a player who is at least proven in the league. Its looking more and more like desperate penny pinching. All on the back of a ST campaign that cannot have gone well.

    Making out there were funds to strengthen in January and then delivering this is just an absolute joke. I don't hold any hope that we will even bring in a striker now, what with Patrick being recalled and Bowyer's comments about him looking sharp.

    It is absolutely comical. I have friends who support other teams asking me what is going on at Bradford. Why are we letting Doyle and Vaughan go. and then you see this is the first of the replacements? Dear oh dear.
