During our peak we had a chance to go top of the league. We’re now only a point away from 9th and are getting worse. Unless we see a massive improvement in our performances, which less face it have been awful all season, then midtable is exactly where we’re heading.

Form's temporary, and there's a chance we can improve this - but it just doesn't feel likely.

Hearing the defence of Bowyer on Radio Leeds this afternoon was as convincing as hearing Flat Earth theories and anti-vax reasoning.

We can say all we like that Bowyer doesn't want players to pass the ball backwards and wants them to be more attacking, but that's something you instil from day one, not worry about in mid-January.

In the last 5-6 matches, we'd struggle to put together a compilation of 90 minutes of dominance, especially since the last 'dominant' half was 7 games ago against Salford.

Two tricky away fixtures now after which we’ll know won’t we? We’ll just know which way the wind is blowing. I’m going to reserve further judgement until after these two. Not much point saying anything now. It’s all been said. I’m just going to wait until next Saturday at five o’clock.

I fully expect Colchester to beat us Tuesday and go above us, current performance levels will see us mid table by the end of Feb

There was no plan or model in place! Lawn had publicly stated they'd taken the club as far as they could.

    Indeed
    GB is a lucky man
If the right back hadn't of pulled up injured Akpan would have had a tougher chance and in my opinion wouldn't have scored
We are getting the "lucky breaks" but they are only stabalising our position at best
to me yesterday losing a 2 goal lead was worse than a scruffy 1-0 defeat another low for GB

Depends on the division and who is in charge. No amount of money is worth watching some the inept rubbish currently on show.

Gary Bowyer is not impressing anybody at the moment and his days here may well be numbered. I wouldn’t be sorry to see him go. But we have been sacking managers on average every 18 months for the last 60-odd years to my certain knowledge. One died in office, one emigrated to South Africa and one entered the family undertaking business. The rest I’m pretty sure were sacked. We had three last season and don’t seem any better off. Yes sack him if things get worse and maybe get the new manager bounce to promotion. But what the club needs is investment. If Herr Rupp is unable or unwilling to do this then he should make it commonly known he’s open to offers. If it really is the case that there’s no one out there in the big wide corporate world willing to invest more than is currently being invested, I’d be very surprised. We’re a big city with (to all intents and purposes) only one club. We have a relatively big fan base. We deserve better.

Those factors may make a negligible amount of difference, realistically.

We will get the vast majority renewing regardless of L1 or L2, Bowyer or no Bowyer. That’s just fact

Probably I should have put the word sacked in quotation marks or added constructively dismissed or made to feel unwelcome. I don’t believe Parky, for example, went entirely of his own accord.

I don't agree. Working in the public domain, I listen and speak to City fans, some whom have already stopped going and others whom are unsure of renewing next season. It really ain't as simple as you say.

Tickets numbers have dwindled other recent seasons and I am of the belief, that if we stay in league 2, that numbers will continue to fall.

How do you know its a fact when it hasn't happened? Can you see in to the future? Its your opinion not a fact.

It wasn't just that we lost a 2 goal lead, it was that we had that 2 goal lead so early in the game. For the first time in a long time, I felt a little bit of belief that we could actually win a game of football convincingly and go on to score another 2 or 3. Then the realisation quickly dawned on me that I was being an absolute idiot harboring such thoughts.

Rhodes has appointed another failure in Bore-yer.

and back to anyone who thinks Rhodes sacking Todd was a mistake and got us relegated in 2007 and it’s a reason to stick with Bore-yer, it didn’t, the board letting Windass go in January 2007 played a huge part as our chairmen thought we were safe, another Rhodes screw up, Todd was another awful football man.

Time for a new manager. And Time for Rhodes to go too.

Who do we fancy to take this great club forward? Any budding young managers that stand out amongst the lower and non leagues? I haven't given it much thought due to giving Bowyer a chance but wonder what others think.

Means bugger all. York, Chester, Darlington, Wrexham, Hereford et al are all fairly largely populated places with one club yet are languishing low. Why do we deserve better than we are currently getting?

There are much more attractive prospects for potential investors than Bradford.

Utter foolish to think that at this current time mate. £150 might not seem a lot but it is considering other factors such as your time, parking, petrol, food and drink etc. We live in a world in which prices are increasing for near enough everything.

Rhodes master plan I see cheap season tickets to increase crowd numbers but we won't get anywhere near 20k and we will be lucky to get 14k under Bowyer.

Do you know what tactics or kind of footballs he is trying to achieve? Fans are bored and many won't put up with it for much longer.

Bowyer needs to go for the good of the club if anything. Rhodes needs to go also.

Hereford? A one horse town or should I say one bull town. You’ve named some very small towns and cities there. You could combine their populations and I doubt they’d be demographically much bigger than the huge conurbation of Bradford. What they mostly have in common is they’re ‘nice’ places to live. Is that what you are trying to say?
