Sorry I did not mean any offence, it just it was a lot of running your players down by some of your posters, now you can see the full ninety mins and make up your own minds. I thought you played well in patches. all the best for the rest of the season and thank you for that win you did over that town up the road for us.

 

Well said Drake a balanced response, just for the record I saw the match in a similar vein.

 

I think most would agree Reeves would have been the better option. I think Bowyer is looking for the perfect moment to bring him on i.e. four nil up with twenty to play. It’s not going to happen. The guy will be leaving us in another seven months - get him back now so at least we have some value for his three year stay.

 

I agree Reeves as an attacking force is much better option than Devine, I was surprised we did not see Reeves as a replacement for Akpan. My guess is following the post match comments of GB, provided he is 100% fit in the eyes of the Boss we will see Jake Reeves performing at Macc on Saturday in some form or other.

Let’s hope so. There is no doubting the lad’s ability once he can get back to match fitness. With him and a reintegrated Doyle and a couple of good signings, we would face the new year with realistic chances of promotion by one means or the other

 

I think loyalbantams reply was somewhat tongue in cheek. Having watched the game on ifollow i thought it was a performance typical of our season so far. We’ve never been dominated in a game yet but have only dominated one half of football ourselves, that against Swindon. It was a fair result on Saturday but there wasn’t that much between the sides, just our lack of creativity that stands out like a sore thumb.

 

Take no notice @Drake, we have a lad who sends the full games over with the stats of every play in each game .

 

Yes the quality is poor but still worth a watch purely for the very excited commentator
