    I'm not overly bothered that he's not a target but depending on wages he could have been a useful squad option if we'd managed to offload Doyle.

    Bury journo said that he's just being shown around and speaking to Lowe, no deal done at all. Personally don't think he'll sign for them but happy to be proved wrong.

    He owes it to Lowe - ex manager and will feel guilty turning his nose up. Plus if he goes to Plymouth and people like us start ‘talking’ about it he’ll be able to demand more £ out of City as he’ll be a ‘even more’ wanted man.

    Doubt it is us though. The other club is a long way away from his current club Bury, although not quite as far as Plymouth today.
