There ought to be a system where coaches could be "sent out on loan" to lower league clubs.

Things have to deteriorate to quite an extreme before protests happen.

The idea of protests will be banded around for a long term before the idea becomes a credible one.

You don't sow seeds and expect fruit the next day.

If complaints on forums build and build, and more and more people feel the need to protest, they will.

That's how these things work.

I'm not saying that WILL happen here, for Bradford City, but protests are BORN from dissonance - therefore it's invalid logic to suggest that moaning should stop because no one will ever protest.

Doesn't make sense business wise to offer 3 yr contracts to a team of 3 with little experience between them and no successes of note. Such judgement is a high risk strategy, it is a dream that could well end up a nightmare. At best, success in the longer term is a gamble.If calculated, Edin would surely need to back them to ensure his 3 yr plan of steady progression. But he cannot alienate his fanbase in the process and if they don't buy into what is offered he will have shortfalls through reduced ST take up, which will mean he will need to pump more cash in to retain parity, accounts wise at least. From the fans perspective, he could have seriously and perilously made a poor call. Given the intense nature of his stewardship I, for the life of me, don't understand Edin's reasoning, he may well have shot himself in the foot..He saw everything in MC and nothing in a dozen or so others who had the experience and if his need was for the cheap option, this will prove to be an expensive mistake, if it fails. Just like the insistence on a bonus focused wage structure..all too much...too soon. But the Owners are in it for the longer term and have certainly made improvements, which were overdue and welcome, but I think they need to step back and reconsider the consequences of their actions, football wise. The fans, the Club itself,need them to succeed, but at the moment they will have to show hefty backing to the Coach if they want to protect their investment, which on the recruitment side looked promising. So over to you Edin and influence an improvement in our Club's fortunes.

 

Who would you prefer in your technical area? Who gives the impression of having a plan? Who knows what they are doing? Who will you fear the bollocking from? Who will you run through a plate glass window for? Who is wearing the best silk PJs? Nuff said. Get rid.

 

Like it @Bigrod but we are talking Edin who has made it quite plain from one if his first interviews that "he knows football" and he wants some form of input even if its only bouncing ideas off the manager/coach.
I believe there is only one person who can crack the whip and make sure Edin is not involved with the day to day running of the football side of things and thats Stefan, if things don't go better soon he has to get more involved as the major share holder IMO apart from us fans he has the most to lose long term.

Well, even a quarter of a million pounds would be a massive outlay. That would be best case scenario and for me means that they will be with us for the foreseeable future.
