    Do you have to purchase a suite to sit where you and your family sit, neither me or the grandson use any of the suites now what was the "Patrons Suite" is used for other things, I want to stay in our seats but would be quite happy not to have to purchase a suite to secure our seats.

    yep. We are in exk, so yep a suite membership is compulsory. Unfortunately there are no seats available in our block or the K block behind as the club keep them all for corporate and freebies.

    Will the ticket office sort our tickets out if I go down, I've had a look and to be quite honest I'm struggling, as has been said £330 for my ticket no idea where my suite upgrade is od the D/D over 12 I hear, I can't see where my friends & family are (the grandson) are so can't pay for his, just when I was getting familiar with the old system.

    the £330 is wrong. It is £180. They just need to sort the system out.

    for friends and family it is on the profile section. Add your grandson as a friend and then adjust the settings so you can manage his tickets. Then you have to log into his account and accept the request to allow you to manage his tickets. Then his renewal will show.

    alternatively go to ticket office

    How did you login in with your son's season ticket number?

    That's what I need to do but it keeps saying I have to input my email address and I've never provided one for the City website. I've only ever used my ST number in the past. :@/

    Log into the old system with his membership number and see if there is an email address attached to it?

    or follow the activate link? Does that ask for a previously used email address?

    I can no longer access the old system. It directs me to the new system.

    In any event, I've never used an email address. I only ever accessed the old site with my ST number

    My mate went to the ticket office this morning and renewed his, mine, and my son's tickets no problem. No handling charge either!

    Thanks but there isn't an email address attached to the account ... and it isn't my kids account. It's mine! I have to approve something for my mate to buy my ST on the Family & Friends thingy. I've never used an email address to access my details in the past, only my ST number. And it's worked like that for years.

    Now it appears that using Ticketmaster an email address is the starting point. Using @king karl@king karl 's link, a new email address and password can be established once the ST number has been validated. Then using the new email address & password, you can then log in onto the new Ticketmaster site. It's bloody long winded to go through all of that and there's not a hint of it being explained on the club's Q&As.

    This doesn't give me a warm glow about the new set-up. The club needs to provide some more online guidance on this aspect and probably others. If not, they'll be inundated at the ticket office over the next few weeks.

    The irony is that our group has yet to decide whether we're even going to buy STs for next season. Tonight's experience provides nothing to suggest that the day to day running of the club's back office stuff is in good hands.

    Wait until away tickets for Salford go on sale and folk can’t buy / assign a ticket to friends without going through all this carry on / getting approval.
    Some people haven’t even setup an email address so won’t be able to login to their new account to approve the request.

    I'll have another try and if I cant fathom it out I'll take a drive down to the ticket office.

    I've just gone back on and its showing my ticket as £180 as you said.
