We also need to offload Hendrie, Odusina and Osadebe in my opinion

 

I don’t know Idle we keep losing good players. I would be reluctant to let any of them go. I am looking at Jake Young. I have no doubt he had a barny with Hughes but why let him go to one of our rivals? None of that makes sense.

 

Would you have kept him at Bradford with the juniors? He made it plain he wasn’t going to train properly and he made it plain he didn’t want to play at Park Avenue.

What would you have done other than let him go to anyone that would take him? Remember Barrow thought him a waste of space too?

. I’m interested in your solution, because let’s be honest, he wasn’t going to L1 on his recent history.

Also , Young turned down opportunities in the National League. He was adamant he was not dropping so low.

 

Hughes was determined to drive him out of the club anywhere he could. Credit to Young in having confidence in himself and getting the right move for himself. It was never about his ability but a difference with Hughes refusing to play him

If we are going to carry on with wingbacks then we need a left sided centre back certainly won’t be two winger. As Oliver is injured we need immediate cover for Cook he is terrible at the moment

We already have Walker, Odour and Smith fighting for 2 places. Chapman and Pointon arent here to make up the numbers either. Thats 5 and you want 7???!!!

He turned down national league offers so it depends who comes in for him and if he wants to go to that place. We can't force him to go where he doesn't want - that's part of the problem with any player we don't feel is going to play in the first team.

Swindon weren't really a rival last season, his goals have done well for them but he could have done the same at Tranmere or Grimsby. All these league two clubs are almost just a goal scorer short of being a play off team.

 

Apparently this lad from Leicester is a pacy right winger whom we are allegedly interested in.

The lad from Wolves was a bit of a nobody though and not close to the first team by a long shot, this lads played most of Leicester's pre season games and they expect him to be breaking into their squad next season.

 

He is a winger/forward - can operate down the middle. Can understand 1, but another 2 wingers and a centre forward? No chance imom

 

Think he'll be the only signing between now and the deadline. Can cover anywhere up top, with Chapman and Oliver due back in October, I think they'll just see that as the others to fill the squad.

Reckon it will be October when Pointon and the other youths get sent out to none league for some gametime.

 

I think we ll get gordan too if palace sign a couple before deadline he’s literally just on bench to make up numbers they haven’t brought him on even when they needed a goal
