    Went past the Pinatar Arena today on the way to the beach. Boys were busy on the pitch. Bloody hot though. It was up around mid-thirties.

    How many of those having a "reet good moan" about this trip are actually going? For the fans who've chosen to go, it'll be a few days of sun, sea, beer and a chance to watch the lads have a pre season game. I don't think it really matters about the opposition, provided they're half decent at least. Playing any Spanish side will be a tough workout, because I'd expect them to keep the ball, far more than any side we'll face during the season.

    In all honesty, moaning about the fans being exploited/excluded aside, this is a great opportunity for the team to gel, get fit, lose some pre season weight, and experience playing abroad. It can only be a good thing.

    ps can't believe after all the hype around it being an exclusive game and only those signed up can watch it, that it's now being streamed live on YouTube :)

    pretty sure I told you before but i would have gone if it wasn't through Kadima.

    normally I'm pro club but this is clear money grabbing. Stockport are just selling entry for 5/10 euros each instead of £60 each for a transfer on a coach and to a “fan zone” where nothing is included.

    £800 for a hotel room, transfer to the match, access to the “fanzone” and the match without flights is criminal.
