    There shouldn't be any tickets in E block of Midland Road. They've been given to Carlisle!

    From the homepage go to Tickets, Official Ticketing Website, then login with your customer number and password (postcode). It should then bring up your seat to put in your basket and buy.

    Right, can somebody please advise? I've been emailed 6 Mobile Ticket QR codes, detailed by member and seat, with another 12 QR codes attached to the bottom which are not detailed. We will not all be arriving at the match together. What am I supposed to do with them? I expected 6 QRs - not 18. Needless to say, I've not used QR code tickets before.

    I got back from yesterday's match just in time to see that the home leg tickets had gone on sale. When I saw my seat was unavailable, I just purchased the nearest one available. Personally, I'm happy to stick with what I've got.

    Regarding the Midland Road changes, this is not a cup match, it comes under the EFL's league match regulations. The only circumstances that these changes should have been made are if it is under Police 'direction'.

    If the Club have messed up they need to own the mistake, if it's a Police 'direction' then tell us.

    Either way, the Club should have, by now, clarified the reasoning for these changes    .

    No news yet, but Carlisle have managed to brief their fans by yesterday evening so no idea why we are incapable of doing the same

    With the match at theirs on a Saturday afternoon, the scramble for tickets will be ridiculous. Cue the mayhem!

    It’s working now, but the first 2 hours of sales yesterday were a complete *@?$ up! The club have no excuse for not getting it right first time, especially given previous history with ticketing.

    One of our group has done exactly what you've already done. His was a bit of a legalistic email compared to what I suggested but he can't help himself after 40 years as a lawyer! Like you, he also received an Out of Office reply from Marco but no reply yet from Ryan.

    Now I've finished my conf call, I'll be back on the case ;)

    guessing the club wanted to get the straight forward but if selling home tickets out of the way first before complicating it with away points etc

    If they are sticking to the 10%, their ground apparently holds 17,949 so should be no less than 1,795. Salford are sticking to the 10%, they've only given Stockport just over 500 tickets, rather than the usual full away stand which is just over 1,000.
