Wont be cheap. Certainly not a desperation one.Last time I looked they had money in the bank to the tune of £44m if I read it correctly?

Bradford University is what lets this City down. Look at Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Newcastle, Coventry & Nottingham all Cities of a similar size, and many many more smaller places, including Huddersfield, Durham, Lincoln where the intake is much higher and therefore the city centre is more vibrant because of its number of students.

You won't get a University as close to the City Centre as we have, yet they have a miniscule student population (I believe it's around 7,000 undergraduates (40% of whom are either mature students or overseas students) and 3,000 post graduates, to in excess of 66.000 at the two in Manchester (excluding Salford University, which itself is twice the size of Bradford University).

Bradford ranks outside the top 100 Universities in the UK by size, and only has 2,000 more students than the University of Cumbria in Ambleside and less than the University of Bangor, so perhaps this is their way of doing something about that ?

Oh I don't know. If you want to major in muggings, shootings, drug dealing, drug production, hit & run, grooming, sexual assault and bad parking then Bradford's the place.

No disrespect I can't see it being business school, as I've posted the next deal with regards the naming of the stadium is the biggest sponsorship yet, time will tell.

I did my masters at the Uni of Bradford. It’s a funny old place.

It was a good business school and popular for medicine in the past. No idea these days.

The amounts of money they are charging kids these days they probably do have plenty in the bank.

best thing about the uni was Kebabish over the road. RIP you wonderful eatery.

The issue the uni has is that the make up of the student population is different to many other unis and the student nightlife seems dead.

that isn’t a problem if your religion prohibits drinking and you are going focussed to learn without a care about drinking, but a lot of students factor nightlife into their choice…..hence the disparity in ethnic make up relative to other unis in other big cities as many kids choose to go elsewhere for much a better student scene.

They have a lot of international students though and seemingly fill the places.
