    Did you mean 'doubt' not 'damn'? Look at the keys when you type Fordy! Agree with the fact we need a new captain and better leader. Would be very happy with Richie Smallwood but still think he's good enough to get a gig above L2.

    I know that he has over achieved with Posh taking them from L2 to CH. I also know that their scouting and transfer strategy works very well (see their ins and outs) and I am also impressed with his football knowledge and player assessments.

    He owns a football club and has been successful in doing so. 0% on here have done the same.
