Sounding good on radio Leeds isn't as important as people seem to think.

You missed my point - I started by saying I didn't want him back. Doesn't mean he can't still talk passionately about what he thinks is required

He needs binning off and replaced with a professional chief exec - no job for a YTS tea boy with a motor mouth full of bullsht.
Playtime is over Sparkles, time for the grown up’s to sort this mess out!

As can a lot of posters on here. I won't be voting for any of them to be the next manager though, other than Fordy, obvs.

If Stefan Rupp went out and appointed Neil Warnock as Director of Football, half of our problems would be solved over night.

If we have to give him until the end of the season as manager, so be it.

That's what United are doing with Ralf Rangnick.

Good God, you could imagine how the tension would ease almost instantly among the fan base knowing we had someone like Neil at the club, taking control.

If he had any self respect he’d walk - but I don’t expect him to.
I don’t think Rupp would get rid of him - hence why we’ll always be in a mess!

Why waste the learning he has achieved. He most certainly needs help. Warnock is a good suggestion, but will he come and will Rupp fork out the required funds!

Just as a matter of factual interest with no further comment.

Last Saturday Trevor Birch, the EFL CEO was at our game and I had 10 minutes with him on a different subject but in and amongst he praised Ryan for the way he has handled the Club through the recent Covid crisis and how he had set a benchmark for the EFL. Described Ryan as a bright star with a prospect of a great future in the game. I happen to know that others outside our Club see it the same.

Tin hat on for the rest of the day but I see what he does off the media circus.

A former owner was praising Sparks the other week when I was in touch with him. He said if he was the owner now he would happily have Sparks has his CEO

There's certainly a lot of positives off the pitch. If we were in the top 3, he wouldn't be getting questioned.
If he can get the Manager call right, then perceptions will change.

Lawn & Rhodes came out of it smelling of roses after appointing the right Manager.
Up until Parky's appointment it was a mess.

For footballing matters or business matters? It’s time we separate the two, I’m happy for Sparks to continue the business side of things he’s doing his best with limited tools. But knowledgeable about football, he hasn’t convinced me in either his actions or his past.

I think most people are convinced Ryan is very good at a lot of things. He doesn't need sacking or replacing. But the board room certainly does need augmenting with real football expertise, and I genuinely think most people can see that's the case.

Outside of a few people, most are asking for someone 'as well as', not 'instead of', and the case for that argument could not be stronger.

If no one at the club wants to present it to Stefan, I will. I'm sure several others would too. We ain't all keyboard warriors.

Dead easy to say that. And stunningly naive.

Sit back and think about the size of mortgage a 30 year old needs to buy a nice house these days. Even in Bradford. Then think about how hard it is for a 30 year old to get a new job in the Bradford area that will pay enough to pay that mortgage.

Then think how it’s not as easy as it sounds to ‘walk away’.

Sparks has on the face of it done a good job on the business side. He’s a bit sound bitey and would make a good contestant on the apprentice, but he means well. I think the club needs someone who really knows what it takes to make a successful football club in the 2020s. Parkinson era aside there has been no success for 20 years. Rhodes’ remit was seeing the end of the season with the bank balance in the black. There is nobody there with that experiences Bring some one in with a football vision and the club will grow under Ryan.

Let’s just consider that when he took over we were in grave danger of sliding out of the league and we finished safe. He then took on a manager from another club with a great record most fans and many commentators tipped us to be champions on top of that so that’s less than two years the failure and the reason behind this poor season is solely is down to Adams. The only thing without the benefit of hindsight he has done wrong is agree to Adams bringing in his own scouting instead of having some continuity

Idle answered me differently, so his former owner who he spoke with obviously shared a similar opinion to myself and a lot of others on here. There are plenty of things Sparks has got wrong on the footballing side, I haven’t even mentioned Adams. Business side he seems to have got plenty right. Solution? Bring in some football expertise at the top, most can see it.

I asked you this yesterday and you didn't reply so I'll ask you again. Would you like to see someone with an experienced footballing head come in to work alongside and assist Ryan?
