    I know little about Daly.

    What surprises me, is that if you look at our performances this season, they're characterised mainly by 'controlling' most games, creating chances (high xG) but wasting those chances and letting in soft goals in games where we're not under much pressure.

    Not against adding more goals from midfield at all, but there priorities for me were a striker, a right back, a keeper and maybe a centre back too. Interesting that we've gone straight into the midfield area. Unless we're expecting Watt and/or Cooke to leave and we're recruiting in first.

    I agree we need to recruit in the defensive area too based on some of the poor goals we have a tend to concede.

    Kennedy crossed it. Banks did the 360 turn and played the marvellous crossfield pass to Kennedy who laid it on a plate for Palin.

    Doubt anyone will take him but you never know, considering he doesn’t get a look in I’m sure the club feel the same. We need one or two out now as it was quality we lack not numbers. Especially as there are other areas of the pitch to strengthen.

    If you are playing 4-2-3-1 which Adams favours you need goals from the 3 behind the one and possibly from the central two. Its our biggest weakness, if Cook doesn't score our most likely goal outlet was a central defender. Adams had 4 scorers in double figures last season and it was imperative for our success to bring players in who can do that.

    just checked Daly’s contract he’s got a couple of years to go so won’t be a perm at season end

    As poor as Evans has been for us, he has a decentish history, his agent will get interest in him, just a question of can a financial deal be struck that will allow him to leave.
