No sadly you don't think his position is under threat, so you'd be happy with yet another change of manager, he's the first manager since Phil Parkinson who is happy to tell it as it is, if that means running everything bring it on.
He left Morecombe for a far bigger challenge than managing them in league one IMO. Ryan told us he did everything correctly during his pursuit of Adams, I wonder why the Morecambe chairman didn't fight a little more to persuade Adams to stay, he did with regards keeping Stockton.
Not getting carried away with todays result Steve as you know nothing is a given with regards football we could go to Carlise next week play out of our skin and lose the game, but I'm more than happy to take all 3 points when we haven't played well, and I would hope deep down you feel the same .

Hopefully we’ll have to see who we bring in, I’m not confident on the ‘bringing in quality’ front. But we’ve only had 6 wins this season so I’m happy to turn into park for an evening.

 

An energy depleted display in the second half is understandable. However, we've seen a similar pattern all season.

Bottom line, we've seen more than enough this season to know we need at least 3 or 4 quality additions to put this team in the promotion mix.

Barrow's squad has so far been unaffected by Covid. We've had it so bad, that we had three games called off. We couldn't put a team out just three days ago. But of course the players must be as fit as the Barrow ones, because they stepped on to the pitch.

The quality today didn't surprise me, we've played like that for the second quarter of this season without the apparent ravages of Covid (not everyone who gets it suffers any symptoms at all, never mind debilitating). Today was a welcome win, there isn't a win that isn't, but we were a couple of poor refereeing decisions away from coming away with nothing against what were a very limited side devoid of a couple of their better players in Zanzala and Gotts. This side will not go up as it stands, it simply isn't anywhere near good enough, hopefully a busy January will change some of that.

Sit back, put men behind the ball, try and stop the opposition scoring. As Raynor and Morais both said, when we attacked, we looked liked cutting Barrow open and scoring, we simply stopped attacking.

Maybe the players all over the leagues should simply have been made to play with Covid - after all our notorious poster does seem to think it just is a mild cold. Clearly, all the health issues numerous elite athletes have had in recovering are nonsense.

But of course let's ignore the small matter of quite a few managers / medical experts been very worried about how Covid ravishes the respiratory system of some sports people. After all we can't allow even Covid, to get in the way of moaning about yet another manager.

 

The table will show Bradford City beat Barrow away 2-1. The table will not show how badly they played or that the team were recovering from covid it will only show that we beat them and were awarded the 3 points.

Am not for the managerial merry go round never have been but am sure if he is allowed to bring in a few players in January and he does the same taking the lead and defending it only to lose/draw you would agree with me
