Irrelevant. Do the maths. Average gates in this league are below 5,000. We would need £400 tickets to make up the income.

All cheap tickets detract from is the expectation they create

We could have Steve Evans or even Joey Barton as manager with Ched Evans up front and I wouldn’t give a shit so long as we were winning football matches.

It’s not irrelevant at all and I have done the maths.

You are basing things at the same price. Other factors also have to be concerned.

Like the loss of pie sales, reduced corporate sales, reduced shop sales because the increase in price reduces our fan base ?

No, it doesn’t work that way.

The club needs to start again.

In league two.. we get bigger attendance than Huddersfield town two leagues above.

weren't you saying our season tickets were too cheap? Now you're saying grounds not full enough?

    hahahaha classic fordy that!

This makes no sense whatsoever. More fans is more profitable than expensive tickets. You put prices up (ideally) when demand goes up as the amount of fans in the club stays the same.

Its a fickle game. If we are winning matches fans soon forget. You support the club not the manager, who is merely a cog that will move on

It wouldn’t make sense to you. You can’t even tell me how Adams is going to turn around 2 wins in 20. He should stay as results don’t matter to you.

I am not sure that is fair on the fans this season, you have to take into account the economic situation and the overall wealth of the Bradford supporters catchment - always remember cheap is only relevant to an individuals circumstances

    60%.

Our average attendance is around 15,000.

We did have 17,624 for the first game (Oldham), but that's only 70%.

We haven't had 75 % attendance since November 2018, and that season we did it 3 times.

But we get bigger attendances because our season tickets are cheap. How many "walk ins" at full price do we get? If we got promoted, then overall running costs are going to be much higher, and I just can't see the cheap season ticket being carried on. But then again, we're promoted, playing a better class of opposition with (hopefully) a better team...so maybe that does attract more people to come and watch the games. But I can't see it being more people than we currently have on the cheap season ticket scheme. Our attendances are great - but in my eyes, it's false figures, because the income we get from those crowd figures, is probably less than a club (using your example of Huddersfield) in a higher league with lower attendances.

Remember Rahic saying that he'd charge £1 for season tickets if we got promoted to the Prem? That kind of sums up what a crazy road this cheap season ticket scheme has set us on :)

Exactly Owners, CEO, Managers, move on (Hopefully very soon In the case of Mr Adams)
For all his self important bluster we were here before him and still here long after he has failed
He would do well to realise he is but a "cog in the wheel"

Respectfully disagree, the Liverpool friendly was a sellout. I can see us having 22,000 or higher in the championship. With a few sell outs in the PL.

Really when the stadium fills up thats when you start price hikes. As people now are competing for seats. And a way to do that is with pricing. Its why coke is so dear. Honestly i think people have been dulled by our lower league status. If we got into the championship we would easily fill the ground.

If we ever did get anywhere near the championship then I could easily see a number of games where the capacity is tested.

not sure why you rate my opinion so much but here goes.

Personally I do not think he is suited to the club at the minute when he gets the players in that he actually scouts and choses his self then he will be more suited to the club.

Who do you think is best suited for this club at the minute manager wise?

I do get your reasoning and it is logical. but emotionally it would constantly remind me we are a small club. Personally I would like the size we have currently as it is pretty much a championship size club in practice. if someone wanted to come in buy the ground get us in the championship then sell up it would be a lot easier to do that here than say at colchester or salford.
