Why would fans leave it to the last minute anyway? If they can’t afford to buy the ticket in June, then the direct debit option is there. No need to leave it so late anymore. Having said that, it appears over 10% of fans have.

 

I know a few who are hoping to change seats so they can sit together, hopefully the club can accommodate them.

 

Be nipping down today and renewing mine and lads seen as I am over in Bradford today for work

 

Uncertainty over being able to actually attend perhaps? That was my reasoning anyway, Granted it still not confirmed now.

Didn't wish to be in the same boat as last year forking out for tickets and recieving nothing for it. Wasn't bothered so much with mine as I got an IFollow pass in the end, however kids were a waste of cash I might aswell have pissed away

I’m getting four (renewing) but wanting to move seats and so waiting for the release of other seats to be able to sit with friends.
I know a few are doing the same - I’d expect a decent surge again in the next week or so!

 

@Inspector I have always done my tickets last minute as I live in East Lancashire and depends when I can get to the club. I did try online but couldn't do the monthly transactions so have come across today to renew whilst passing through. I suppose others are in the same boat or maybe just left it until last payday before tickets go off sale.

Yeah i started chatting to someone on the street today, he was saying that's why he hasn't renewed. Once the season starts and looks like we can go back again i expect more renewals.

Bit of an odd question but is there a cut off for getting a season ticket or can you get it anytime?

makes me proud to be a city fan that, get a bit of banter sometimes from mates/colleagues for supporting a 'little' club. but could leeds or town fans seriously suggest they would get over 10k season tickets in L2? Great club with a great fanbase. Makes me proud.

 

Ah that's a bit naff then, we should see extra sales in season tickets next year then.

 

Clubs like Leeds, the Sheffield clubs and the like have their status and following due to spending most their existence in the top two flights plus winning silver wear. If Leeds had never won a title and had spent around the last 75 out of 100 years as we have in the bottom two divisions with nothing to show with it they’d struggle to attract crowds anything like they do. It’s the same with all clubs at any level, Port Vale would attract more than Stoke for instance had it been Port Vale who spent most time higher up. The point is not many even with cheap tickets can attract our numbers considering where we’ve spent most of the last 100 years.

 

Don't worry, that's why the club are replacing them.

 

Apparently you select the option in the top menu bar on the season ticket page rather than selecting your seat and then going to the payment options.

It's not very intuitive. I had to email them a few times but the chap sent some useful screenshots and I worked it out.
