What has the date got to do with it? Adams wanted 8 signings. He said this in multiple pressers. He has now got his 8 players, so one would assume that’s his squad complete, irrespective of the date.

Equally, we can only have 20 players on the books that are aged 21+ (by a certain date). I think we now have 19? So we could, if needed, bring in one more player, but that would mean Adams’ 8 becoming 9

And yet he’s never “taken on and skinned” a CB in his pro-career.? His stats are appalling and don’t back up that description of him at all

So how many times have you seen him play then to observe this

 

How do you know how he has scored his goals? Have you watched all his games?

He scored a goal every 3.5 games for Peterborough in L1, at 21, before he had his ankle break. He also scored at the same rate for Mansfield in L2 in 2017/18.

From what I understand, he's a confidence player who responds to the arm round the shoulder rather than hairdryer treatment. Adams clearly has a knack of bringing the best out of players who haven't been doing well at other clubs (eg NKP and Mellor). Let's hope he can do the same for Lee Angol, who has undoubted talent.

Think another striker will be next, It looks like Adams will be going 3-5-2 or possibly 4-4-2 by the look of his signings and if so another striker will be essential

 

I think he may start with one striker up top but if were going to.be able to adapt and change to 2 up top, we'll definitely need another 1 through the door. For me this next and last 1 has to be a big signing
