That's pretty much football for an average league 2 football side. Fine margins and all that. We could be going for automatic next season, likewise we could just as easily be camped in the bottom 4. There is very little difference in the teams in what is a very poor standard league. Look at Blackpool, hitting the playoffs after a poor start with a manager with no first team experience. No one can predict what will happen in this league next season.

Only giving an opinion with regards possible scenario's mate, and what could be a situation going forward, I know as well as yourself changing managers comes with no guarentees, I feel Ryan has to make his decision and stick with it, if he feels T & S are the correct appointment they have to be given at least two transfer windows unfortunatly by that time it might be too late for any new man to turn it around as we've seen resently at our club.
Yes I'd think a new manager would get a little more time with a mediocre start as he would have inherited players from T&S and hopefully been able to bring in a few of his own where as T& S would have had 2/3rds of this season and at least one transfer window.
Weve watch far to many games in League Two or Division 4 as if was known, I want us out next season be that with T & S as managers or Zebedee
    from the Magic Roundabout.

With his passed managerial record if Morecombe don't get promoted this season either through an auto place or the play offs I believe he wil be a manager clubs like ourselves could be looking at, that is of course if T&S are no longer at the club.

If you can't get the manager of Morecambe to join Bradford City then you are really need to hang your head in shame.

It really doesn’t matter to me who manages this club I have no particular affinity with T&S all I care about is seeing an improving club getting nearer to its potential. I am sick of seeing “Experienced managers” coming and going these two or a tune out of a failing side for a time and I think they have a better chance than risking a previously failed manager. As I said earlier I think Sparks will give way and we will have our 14 th manager in 10 years with only one being successful and we stuck with him after a poor start

Adams, Wellens, or any other name fans care to throw in the mix. I've no confidence that any potential candidates, at our level, can turn this club around on the pitch.

There must be a deep rooted problem that's causing manager, after manager, over the past few years, to fail. We can't keep blaming Edin!

So maybe it’s time for the club to spend compo and get a manager they really want??

Sparks talked about being like Morecambe then go for Adams. Would that upset you?

PS and I've certainly no confidence in the current duo.

    It's a MESS!

Not necessarily Fordy. League 1 clubs could make a move for him. I believe he is our of contract in the summer?

    And so Mr Adam’s, your at a cross roads in your career......here’s your two options;
    1) Stay at Morecambe where your stock is high and the fans have a realistic outlook, build on what you have, get them into league one. Spend a season or two establishing the club in League One and get an offer from a mid to lower championship team. Probably as good as it gets but will pay off the mortgage and if you do ok will get you a move to a decent Scottish premier side (not old firm)
    2) move to Bradford City, they have a big ground and about 20 years ago spent 10 mins in the premiership. Actually they don’t own the big ground and they train on a school field. Also they talk a good game but their wage budget won’t be much more than at Morecambe, oh and you’ll inherit a complete shambles of a squad. But the big draw has to be the fans, thousands of them, mostly with delusions of grandeur who will be calling for your head if your not at least 10 points clear by Christmas. Oh and they will hate your brand of football, it’s got to be 4-4-2 with speedy wingers just like the old days. I’ve sent you a DVD of the 1984/85 team, so go find a John Hendrie and Mark Ellis.

No brainier really!! Take the Bradford job.....we’re massive!!

If div 1 clubs want him then fine but my point is Bradford City need to drop the let’s get a manager on the cheap approach and go for one that they want.

Get a grip man. We have picked up 13 points in 15 matches. That indicates the poor run is more than 5 matches. Stuart got sacked for the same run from one more match and the chances of us exceeding his 13 points at Morecambe are lower than my chance of having a threesome with Nigella & Katya Adler.

    It is a no brainier.

You take the Bradford job if offered.

Bradford is a big club in the lower leagues and Adams would jump at the chance.

    Big clubs aren't all gravy.

You get fans who expect instant results, and even when you get a string of instant results, they expect them results to carry on in perpetuity.

Ask my friends Trueman and Sellars.

Big club? What, one that's currently going to finish bottom half of the khazi league, just above Harrogate?
    Yeah we're massive alright.

    Yes, big club.

However, it’s failing badly on and off the pitch.

Now I know you are deluded. We have played well just five times in the last 30 matches (Cambridge H & A, Cheltenham, 70 minutes at Newport & Forest Green) and a very good number of the wins were spawny wins (Morecambe, Mansfield, Grimsby, Walsall), we have won two matches under T&S by more than one goal and on a different day we would have dropped points against many more in that run. The matches we have dropped points in since Bolton are down to poor performance and poor game management. The only "unlucky" results were Salford & Tranmere and even then a fair results would have been nil nil.

What has performance got to do with the size of a club?
